C'est un album live, enregistré pendant la tournée "Rock is dead" à Middlewest, aux Etats-Unis.
En revanche, la dernière chanson est une chanson enregistrée en studio, il s'agit du titre qui devait figurer à l'origine sur "Antichrist Supertar".

Il existe une édition limitée 2 CD de cet album; le 2ème CD contient les chansons "Coma White" version album et version acoustique, la reprise de Dr. Hook & The Medicine Show "Get My Rocks Off" et la reprise de John D. Loudermilk "A Rose And A Baby Ruth".
